At 9:14 AM Friday, May 17, 2013 IT Help Desk reported that ArcGIS is incompatible with certain optional updates for Microsoft Windows. IT Help Desk is working with the vendor on the issue. If you are experiencing issues with ArcGIS, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
Between 2:25 PM to 6:33 PM Tuesday, May 07, 2013 faculty/staff Novell file shares, VOL 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 were unavailable. If a user continues to experience issues accessing files they should restart their computer and log in again.
At 8:07 AM Friday, May 03, 2013 OIT personnel will resume campus upgrades of Symantec Antivirus 12.1.2. After the upgrade a small percentage of customers may experience issues with their Lotus Notes clients crashing. If this happens to you, please contact the IT Help Desk in order to get the issue resolved.
