Can’t use campus Wi-Fi? Contact the IT Help Desk

If you are unable to connect to campus Wi-Fi, webpages do not load when you are connected, or see that Wi-Fi is connected but has no Internet, your device may have been blocked from the wireless network.

OIT has identified some software, most commonly Avast antivirus, that is causing wireless interruptions. To protect campus network resources, OIT removed wireless access for certain devices.

Until the conflicting software is removed from your device and you have contacted the IT Help Desk, you will be unable to use UNLV Wi-Fi.
