System Computing Services will conduct maintenance on the Mustang Enterprise Server on Saturday, October 11. Work will begin at 8:00 am and will be completed by 11:59 pm, causing access to be intermittently unavailable for most of the day. Access to the following services will be affected:

On Sunday, October 5, 2014, 7:55 AM Client Services reported WebCampus global notifications are not working as expected. WebCampus users are prompted that notifications exist but the page does not load.

Data migration from Lotus Notes to UNLVMail began this past weekend. An unexpected issue has required the disabling of some Lotus Notes Rules.

Please do not attempt to change any Rules in Lotus Notes at this time as it could interfere with your account migration.

If you typically forward your mail to other email accounts (e.g., Rebelmail) using Rules and are no longer receiving forwarded mail, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.

On Wednesday, September 24, 2014, 8:04 AM the Office of Information Technology received multiple reports of wireless connectivity problems following the recent upgrade to iOS 8 for iPhone.  

On Thursday, October 02, 2014, 9:22 AM the most recent Apple iOS update has resolved wireless connectivity issues.  Update instructions available at Apple Support:

On Tuesday, September 23, 2014, between 11:57 AM - 5:00 PM, users experienced delays sending and receiving messages in UNLVMail. Email sent between Lotus Notes servers was unaffected.

Between Saturday, September 13, 2014, 9:38 AM to Monday, September 15, 2014, 5:10 PM Lotus Notes Server, Domino 1, was unavailable.

Between Saturday, September 13, 2014, 8:55 - 10:06 AM scheduled maintenance to UNLVMail (Google email) was extended. UNLVMail users who were already logged into their accounts before 8:00 AM should have been able to use UNLVMail throughout the outage. Users not already logged in could not login until maintenance was completed.
