The Hydrologic Modeling System (HEC-HMS) is designed to simulate the precipitation-runoff processes of dendritic watershed systems.  The program features a completely integrated work environment including a database, data entry utilities, computation engine, and results reporting tools.  http://www.hec.usace.army.mil/software/hec-hms/index.html


HEC-HMS is available for download and use by individuals outside of the Corps of Engineers without charge. HEC does not provide user assistance or support for this software to non-Corps users.
