About OIT

Enrollment
Enrollment is open to all faculty, staff, and graduate assistants.Student employees will also be accommodated if a) no waiting list exists and b) there is an employment related need for the training. Supervisor approval might be necessary.

Workshops are free, and enrollment is on a first-come first-served basis. Each class is limited to twelve participants and registration will be closed at that point. You may ask to be put on a waiting list so that you can enroll if others cancel. Additional sessions will be added only if there is high demand and if the schedule allows for it. Use the Registraton Form to sign up for classes.

Cancellation
We are very happy to be able to offer free training for supported applications on campus. Since the training program is popular, classes often fill up and waiting lists develop. If you register for a class and are unable to attend, please contact us so that we may offer that seat to people on the waiting list.

Call or e-mail the IT Help Desk to cancel your enrollment: IThelp@unlv.edu or 895-0777
