What is the ACE account?

The UNLV ACE account allows you to log in to various UNLV services and applications with just one username and one password.

In the future even more systems on campus will use ACE.

Create a new account

Faculty & Staff

ACE accounts are created automatically after all contracts and paperwork are completed. The account credentials will be delivered to the personal e-mail address provided during the application process.

Alternatively, you may complete the Employee Account Request form, adding ACE to your request, and we can contact you regarding the status of your account.

Students

ACE accounts are created for students upon admission to UNLV. Students will receive an email to their personal email account with their ACE credentials and account setup instructions.

The ACE account will grant access to various campus resources once a student has enrolled in a course.

Manage your account

Security questions

As of March 2015, you are required to establish three security questions to allow you to reset your own password. You must answer your security questions in order to reset a forgotten password.

Once set, you can change your security questions by visiting the ACE Account Self-Service Center.

Change your password

If you know your ACE password and would like to change it, please follow these steps:

  1. Login with your ACE account credentials
  2. Click ACE Self Service
  3. Set your account security questions (if they have not been established)
  4. Click Change Password

Passwords must meet the standards established by the UNLV password policy.

Forgotten password

If you do not know your ACE account password, you may reset it by answering your security questions.
