Rebelmail users prompted to login twice 12:42 - 3:25 PM 1/25

At 12:42 PM Wednesday, January 25, 2012 IT Help Desk reported customers are logging into then being redirected to the standard Gmail login after logging a second time they are able to access e-mail successfully. This is affecting students and Alumni. The application administrator is working with Google to resolve this issue.

At 3:25 PM Wednesday, January 25, 2012 the issue with customers having to log into Rebelmail twice has been resolved. The root cause was due to a larger issue affecting multiple domains.
