The IT Help Desk is currently experiencing high call volume. Callers may receive an error message directing them to contact Telecommunications, but this is unnecessary. Instead, please contact the IT Help Desk using an alternate method below or try calling back at a later time.

For ACE account assistance, visit the Student Union IT Help Desk located on the second floor. We have additional staff on hand to help exclusively with ACE accounts.
