Customer Procedures:

For new service - purchase a Blackberry device with a cell and data plan. Fill out the Blackberry Request Form at Support issues - place a service request through the IT Help Desk email ithelp [at] unlv [dot] edu; phone 895-0777; walk-in SU 231 or CBC B113.


Annual license fee is $100. Once you have purchased your Blackberry device and ordered data service from your cell phone provider, complete the Blackberry Request Form and mail it to MS 1075. A request will be generated on your behalf to do the installation.
