Notes:

Equipment must have a Property of University of Nevada, Las Vegas inventory tag or proof of purchase. Provide warranty repair services for Dell, Lenovo and Apple. Can assist with facilitating repairs for other vendor equipment not on the approved vendor list. If the desktop computer or peripheral is out of warranty we can do the repair in-house and will charge for defective items or facilitate repair with an off-campus contractor at a charge. Any desktop computer or peripheral acquired from surplus (Property Control) will not be serviced.

Customer Expectations:

1 business day contact. Repair to begin no later than 2 business days after initial contact or at customer's discretion. If parts are needed repair may take up to 2 weeks and a workaround will be provided.
