24/7 monitoring and support; Service requests M - F 8am to 5pm.

1 to 2 business days resolution for DHCP static requests. 1 business day for DNS requests. Top level DNS requests 3 to 5 business days. Top level DNS requests are reviewed by Marketing & Public Relations. 1 to 3 business days for VPN requests.
