Technology Enhanced Classroom Support

Provide technical support in the use of technology supplied (i.e. computers, projectors) in TEC rooms. Maintain and repair equipment. Provide training to faculty as requested in how to use the technology in TEC rooms.

Support M - Th 7:30am to 10pm; F 7:30am to 5pm.

Customer Procedures:

Service request through CTS Support by phone 895-0771 or walk-in CBC B133.


Immediate support over the phone. If that doesn't work a staff member will be dispatched to classroom for resolution. If no resolution, will attempt to move class to another room. Attempt to resolve before next scheduled class.
