SEND (Student E-mail Newsletters for Departments) is a web-based communication application enabling faculty and staff to compile e-newsletters for targeted groups of students in their college or department.

Faculty and staff may post announcements and information for students. A weekly newsletter is then compiled with all posts and sent to applicable students in specific years, colleges, departments.

Each college has a facilitator that approves the messages each week, and then compiles them into the newsletter.

Anyone with a Lotus Notes account may post messages.   Facilitators must be appointed by their Dean or Chair and access is created by the IT Help Desk.

For complete information, visit the SEND web page.
